When this dragon laughs, the hearts of people who have gone through hardship become brighter and more positive. I drew this dragon with the hope that everyone who looks at it will feel bright and positive in their hearts. This dragon is based on a deep-sea creature called Oguchiboya, a member of the sea squirt family that appears to be smiling. I myself love the giant croaker and often use it as a motif in my paintings.
